AfroBiomics provides an integrated route to sequencing without requiring clients to coordinate separately with a sequencing laboratory, bioinformatics analyst and scientific adviser.
Sequencing is performed through selected specialist laboratory partners. AfroBiomics manages the scientific and operational workflow and remains the client’s single point of contact from initial consultation through data delivery, analysis and reporting.
Available pathways include Sanger sequencing, short-read sequencing, long-read sequencing and advanced or specialised sequencing selected according to the biological question, sample type, required resolution and available partner capability.
